The Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile (BRGIE), Ogechukwu Nkere—who succeeded Simon Ekpa Njoku in January 2026—has condemned what he describes as the victimization of Onitsha traders by Charles Soludo, whom BRGIE considers an illegitimate so-called Governor.
